XDDDDD this is my first time trying this technique. and i think it turned out better than i though.... =w=
and this is the first time outlining in photoshop! XDD

i suck with anatomy..and i never actually bother to get it right. after all this is just a cartoon. teehee

well, all is great, but her feet are kinda weird, i dont know how to explain it, it's like she is wearing a shoe or something like that [reaally i dont know how to explain in english..] ehhr... and the background i dont know if u really wanted to seem kinda misty... proportions of the body i can say r perfect, besides, like u said, its just a cartoon u dont need too much anatomy on that.. and fer the rest.. perfect, the pose, angle, the hair colour...
= ) i hope that help ya' a little..

i love how you did the hair and the sky everything look good the only things that i think you could have fixed was her butt (looks like she has none and her left hand i dont know why but i dono it does not look right to me. but everything else is amazing!!!!!
